1. ENCOT Microfinance Limited is fully registered as a Company limited by shares. In light of its engagement in credit activities, ENCOT is fully licensed by UMRA under Reg. No 620 NDT Serving over 25,000 clients in 12 districts of the Mid-Western and Central region(s) of Uganda, ENCOT Microfinance Limited is a social impact, fast growing and innovative MFI operating a network of 10 Branches. ENCOT's mission is to provide Microfinance services to low- income smallholder farmer communities, most especially women, to allow them curve their own paths out of poverty through creation of own jobs.
ENCOT Microfinance Ltd is seeking to hire an experienced and reputable Audit firm to conduct External Audits of its annual financial statements for the financial years 2023-2026.

2. ENCOT Microfinance Ltd now invites experienced and eligible reputable Audit firms to submit Expression of Interest in Sealed Envelopes and marked with the EOI Reference..... at the address and on or before the deadline given below. The EOI must include the following information:
a) An official letter from authorized official expressing interest of the firm to provide services.
b) General profile and back ground of the firm which should elaborate the following:
• Commercial Registration of the firm attaching necessary certificates (ICPAU practicing certificate, Trading License, Certificate of incorporation).
• Tax Registration and compliance with existing laws in Uganda.
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Names of Authorized representatives of the firm.
• Core Business of the firm.
• Record of experience and qualification the firm (s) staff in handling similar assignments for the last five years.
• At least three (3) client references for provision of similar services for the last three (3) years.

c) Description of firm's use of technology in auditing and approach that will be used.

3. Interested firms are required to submit two (2) copies of the EOI documents upon payment of Non- Refundable fee of Ushs 100,000.
The EOI must be submitted in sealed envelopes and clearly marked.... Expression of Interest External Audit Services.
