The bidding document can be inspected on the IRA website at https://ira.go.ug/new-tenders/ under the "SBDS" section. It will be issued upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Account Number 95001200001050, Bank of Baroda Kampala) and submission of a written application together with the evidence of payment to the email address procurements@ira.go.ug.
