About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced head teacher to work in Wakiso, Uganda.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
• You shall be personally be answerable to the management for academic, financial, ethical, moral, social, matters internal organization and conduct of the school.
• To implement the national curriculum and national syllabus as laid down by the Ministry responsible for education.
• To arrange the administration of the pupils in the school, appoint and supervise all academic and non-academic committees.
• To manage and supervise all school programs and activities.
• To chair staff meetings and briefs.
• To promote harmonize existence between the school and the community and other stake holders.
• Any other responsibilities that will be assigned to you from time to time by the school.

Qualifications And Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education.
• Post graduate Diploma/ masters in management, MBA is an added advantage.
• 5-10 years’ experience in a senior position H/M or Deputy H/M in an academic institution of high repute.
• Dynamic and self-driven.
• Preferably a male candidate aged 35-50 years.
• Ugandan citizens preferably.
