JOB DETAILS:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, Worley Parsons Uganda, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced AGI Manager to work on the EACOP (East African Crude Oil Pipeline) construction project in Uganda.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Ensure the management of all works associated with delivering the project to a final stage of receiving oil into the pipeline while also maintaining on schedule and budget.
• Ensure that the project is delivered in a safe manner, with minimum effect on the environment and the local communities, with the highest quality standards

Qualifications and experience
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or 25 years’ experience in Pipeline and associated facilities Construction
• A minimum of 20 years work experience in managing pipeline and associated facilities
• Staff management experience (knowledge transfer)
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to delegate & set tasks
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Computer Skills – Microsoft office,
• Competency in written/oral communication
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to Understanding of Time / Distance planning programs
• Competency in written/oral communication
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel as and when required
• Ability to delegate and measure performance
• Travel as and when required
