About the Job:

We're a dynamic Fintech company looking for a motivated Junior QA Engineer to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in testing and ensuring the quality of our cutting-edge financial web applications.

What You'll Do:
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify and test functionalities of our web applications.
• Execute a variety of test cases, including functional, regression, and usability testing.
• Identify, document, and report bugs and defects clearly and concisely.
• Participate in code reviews from a QA perspective, focusing on user experience and functionality.
• Learn and apply QA methodologies and best practices to ensure thorough testing.
• Assist with maintaining and improving our test automation processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in the QA and Fintech space.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
• A strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) with a focus on QA processes.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points for:
• Experience with testing web applications.
• Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Understanding of accessibility testing principles.
• Experience in a Fintech environment.
