JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
To monitor the quality of in-process, semi-finished and finished products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Report any related defective quality matter to your superior
• Carry out quality inspection according to procedures and work instruction.
• Record inspection results by completing reports and submit to superior for verification.
• Ensure the non-conformance product is clearly identified and controlled.
• Verify the defective product for rework or reject.
• Conduct final inspection according to the packing list and customer's requirements.
• Conduct sampling inspection for materials and parts at incoming and in-process by referring to the technical drawing and prepare inspection report.
• Maintain all quality record, inspection reports and memo by filing it in respective file.
• Handle and maintain all the test/inspection/measurement equipment with care.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
• Ensure that measuring equipment being used are Calibrated and the UNBS sticker is up to date. Sensitize and Implement Good Manufacturing Practices.

QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS
• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science; Food Processing Technology, Physics, Quality Management, and other relevant disciplines or equivalent from a reputable University.
• Degree holders of Arts with understanding of Quality management systems at EAMV are encouraged to apply.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• At least one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing industry with knowledge of Quality Assurance or Quality Control.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Good command of English.
• Good analytical skills
• Computer skills
• Results-oriented and strong follow-up.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Disciplined, well-organized, able to work in a deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to stand for long periods on the job.
