Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Officer will oversee the quality management systems within the company, ensuring all processes, documentation, and products comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all stages of manufacturing to ensure compliance with regulatory and company quality standards.
  • Review batch records, validation protocols, and SOPs.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement.
  • Handle deviation reports, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and change control documentation.
  • Provide training to staff on quality procedures and standards.
  • Ensure timely reporting and resolution of product quality issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a Diploma in Pharmacy.
  • In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical quality assurance principles.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
