JOB DETAILS:
Job Brief: The Quality Supervisor reports functionally to the QC Lead and administratively to the Construction Quality Manager and has the responsibility of co-ordinating the day-to-day quality activities of the allocated Lot construction quality staff and CONTRACTORs. They will ensure work is carried out using safe working practices and is completed in accordance with the project codes, standards, drawings, and specifications.

Reports to: Quality Manager

Required Competencies
• Competency and proven experience within Worley or equivalent proprietary management systems and associated desktop applications for project delivery
• Competency within industry applications such as Assure, OMIE, Aconex, SharePoint, Adobe, MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction compliance, risk controls and site HSE hierarchy
• A high focus on identifying and meeting the key project deliverables and quality objectives.
• Understanding the impact of quality within the critical path of the construction planning programs
• Comprehensive understanding of project assurance methodologies and quality verification strategies
• Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 10005, ISO 10006, ISO 19011, ISO 13485, ISO 31000,
• Detailed knowledge of CSWIP / BGAS / PCN / AWS / NACE Inspection requirements and certification.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA); data-driven decisions, risk analysis & analytical reporting.
• General knowledge of FAT, SAT and MDR documentation reviews and approval requirements
• Demonstrated communication skills including the ability to articulate quality concerns and solutions with teams consisting of individuals with various technical and educational backgrounds.
• Previous experience working with multicultural contractors' and reporting their quality performance.
• Staff management experience (knowledge of mentoring and motivation techniques).
• Autonomous, self-motivated, and flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to change or shifting priorities.

Required Experience
• A minimum of 10-year quality related working experience including at least 8 years’ proven work experience as QA/QC supervisor or quality engineer in the oil and gas industry.
• Previous Quality assurance/engineering experience and demonstrated knowledge/use of Quality tools/methodologies such as RCA, DMAIC, TQM, SQM
• 8 years of experience working within a cross-functional oil & gas pipeline project team supporting; engineering, interface, contractor construction and commissioning readiness.
• Experience working with and analysing quality data to report accurate KPI’s and potential non-compliance status back to the project management team.

Required Qualifications or Education
• Tertiary/Professional/Technical qualification in quality management or other Company agreed applicable certification schemes (CSWIP / BGAS / NACE / AWS) that support assurance management & compliant execution delivery of the onshore Pipeline & related AGI, MST facilities and EITS infrastructure scopes.
• Certified ISO 9001, QMS auditor
