JOB DETAILS:

Duty Station: Kampala
Remuneration: T4 according to Tamani Scale Contract
Type: Renewable
Contract Period: 3 Years
Reports to: Director of Operations

Role:
Work with the research officer to implement research ideologies intended to improve the Consulting industry, advocate for adoption of the updated ideologies to industry actors and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these ideologies for improvement of consultancy services.

Duties
1. Assist in design, implementation strategies for new Consulting initiates, plan thoroughly for allocation of fiscal resources, Human resources and equipment for a particularly Consulting project
2. Help in managing foreign Consulting projects through logical support for partners including accommodations, Consulting equipment, legalizations etc.
3. Assist in effective supervisory role in Consulting including appraisal training and welfare.
4. Create a data bank for previous Consulting projects for referral partners, staff, stakeholders and partners
5. Work closely with research officer and research and consulting manager to create effective business model for dissemination of the company’s Consulting findings.
6. Assist to Manage internship and volunteer programs intended for Consulting, supervise appraise, train and recommend all volunteers and interns attach in Consulting
7. Push for standardization of all Consulting programs, projects and activities to fit local, regional and international protocols
8. Conduct press releases on ground breaking projects in Consulting with the manager research Consulting.
9. Assist to Identity up to date and technologically advanced Consulting equipment and make recommendations to management for procurement.
10. Ensure all Consulting equipment and technologies are in good working form and ready to undertake any Consulting projects

Qualifications
1. Minimum of BSc. Zoology, Botany, Biology
2. Minimum of 3 years of working experience
3. Ability to source, extract and analyses both quantitative and qualitative Consulting and other data.
4. Well-developed computer skills in a variety of programs.
5. Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
