His Kingdom Broadcasting Services is a Christian Media Broadcasting House in Uganda and it is based in Mengo-Kampala operating both a radio and television station. For more information please visit www.kingdomtv.ug. We are seeking competent persons to fill the following vacancy.
5. Radio Production Manager (1)
The Radio Production Manager oversees the production, recording, radio advertising and station promotions for 93.0 Kingdom FM Radio. S/he ensures the advertising and promotional content of the Radio and associated digital media is produced to a high standard to meet the requirements of the radio station, and the clients. S/he is responsible for radio production equipment and provides leadership to production and promotional teams while working closely with programming and marketing teams for efficient operations of the radio. .

The job requirements include but not limited to:
• Extensive experience in Radio Production or Journalism, or Adverting or Media Industry
• Excellent knowledge and ability to operate all broadcasting equipment and software.
• Excellent knowledge in internet researching, using relevant computer software for audio editing, to manipulate visual images or edit video, and upload all such material for use on websites
• Excellent organizational abilities to work unsupervised or under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent computer skills in word, graphics, designing, recording and data applications
• Excellent interpersonal and skills and ability to work with and learn from others in the team.
• Ability to generate original ideas, and to think creatively about how to communicate them in excellent writing and story-telling which can be adapted for different audiences and platforms.
• Degree or Diploma in Journalism, Computer, Advertising, Digital marketing or closely related fields.
• Mature Christian with strong commitment to strong Christian beliefs.
