Job Specifications:
• Minimum Qualification:
A Diploma in Primary Education or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Work Experience:
A minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary school setting, with demonstrated ability to deliver results in the respective subject areas.
• Age Requirement:
Candidates must be 35 years or younger.
• Additional Skills:
o Proficiency in computer skills is required and will be considered an added advantage (e.g., knowledge of educational software, MS Office).
o Strong classroom management and communication skills.
o Ability to create lesson plans aligned with the new curriculum and deliver engaging lessons.
o A passion for educating children and developing their full potential.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing lesson plans, teaching, and assessing students in the assigned subject area.
• Implementing the national and international curriculum as guided by the school.
• Maintaining discipline and ensuring a conducive learning environment in the classroom.
• Participating in extracurricular activities to support the holistic development of students.
• Engaging parents and guardians to foster better student outcomes.
