JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Agent to lead our sales efforts and drive growth for affordable, high-quality pre-designed houses for aspiring homeowners. The ideal candidate will be an experienced real estate sales professional with a passion for innovation and a track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies in the real estate industry.
The Sales Agent will report to the CEO and work closely with other senior leaders to develop and execute sales plans that support the company's mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and promote the Built For You™ product.
• Lead the sales team and foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry, including real estate agents, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients and partners.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
• Develop and implement effective sales processes to ensure efficient and effective lead management and conversion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support sales objectives.
• Develop and implement sales training programs for the sales team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adjust sales strategies and tactics as necessary.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
• Experience in the construction industry or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is preferred.
