JOB DETAILS:
Job duties:
• Receive visitors, students, parents and staff in a professional manner.
• Provide information to parents, students and the public about school programs, events and procedures.
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks such as handling phone calls, attendance tracking, photocopying, filing and data entry.

Required qualifications:
• A diploma from a recognised institution. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working experience in teaching and counselling will be an added advantage.
