Duties and Responsibilities:

Purpose:
The role involves analyzing and ensuring that all company accounts balance and that the right transactions are passed.

You will:
• Daily reconciliations of all float accounts
• Daily reconciliations of all mobile money accounts
• Monthly reconciliations of all suspense accounts and GLs
• Following up with all account owners to ensure that they clear any outstanding transactions
• Making escalation reports to management regarding long outstanding transactions on any accounts
• Reporting any revenue leakages that are identified in the process of reconciliation
• Closing any audit findings by internal or external auditors
• Making daily balance reports to management

Qualifications and Experience
• Two or more years of related experience in bank reconciliation, fintech or financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree from recognized university
