JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update the organization’s document and records management system.
• Ensure timely retrieval and safekeeping of records, both in physical and electronic formats.
• Develop and implement policies for efficient records management.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide reports and updates on records management activities to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Records and Information Management, Library Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in records or document management roles.
• Proficiency in electronic records management systems.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of records security and confidentiality principles.
