Job Description:
Continuity Global Solutions (CGS) is seeking an experienced Employment Recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter for CGS, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our clients primarily, U.S. Government agencies. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including extending offers and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates to management on recruitment activity and candidate pipeline.
Desired Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a government contracting environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Must be a Ugandan citizen or legally be able to work in Uganda.
