Reports to: Head of Sales, Channels & Marketing

Letshego Uganda Limited, a subsidiary of Letshego Holdings, is a reputable and fast growing microfinance institution providing innovative financial services in Uganda and seeks to recruit professional, dynamic, result and customer oriented individuals who wish to grow their career in an agile and high performance environment.

The Regional Manager is head of the branch management team and as such, s/he supervises the branches under a business territory ensuring achievement of business objectives specifically profitability, customer experience, sales and digital channels uptake. The ideal candidate must have a good appreciation of the Enterprise Risk Framework.

Qualifications and competencies
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Microfinance related field.
2. A minimum of 8 years' experience in a Microfinance of which 4 should have been in a managerial position.
3. Excellent leadership, risk and customer management skills.
