Responsibilities & Duties:
Managerial Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and motivation to direct reports, serving as a role model.
• Manage, guide, and train Marketing Officers (MOs) and Marketing Representatives (MRs) responsibly.
• Compile regular summaries of sales and activities in the assigned region and promptly report to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure accountability and promptness among teams and report to the Operations Manager.
• Manage and strategize ways to increase profitability and propose realistic measures to management.
Functional Responsibilities:
• Sales in the Region
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with WASSHA's objectives.
• Monitor daily sales and take remedial action to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs in the region.
• Understand field-level circumstances, including regional, district, village, and agent-specific situations.
• Implement company values and policies at the regional level.
• Track and review Agent Sales Weekly and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct monthly and weekly meeting reviews and provide specific recommendations for action to management.
• Identify new sales opportunities and focus sales efforts to capitalize on them.
Managing the Operations of the MOs/MRs:
• Lead a team of Marketing Officers and Representatives, maximizing their performance through leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
• Identify, recruit, and train new Marketing Representatives to work effectively in the field with minimal supervision.
• Plan and share Marketing Officers' and Representatives' daily activities in a timely manner.
• Monitor Marketing Officers and Representatives to ensure the successful execution of planned activities.
• Train and follow up with agents, MOs, and MRs to improve their satisfaction levels.
• Ensure accurate calculation of Marketing Representative fees and contract renewals.
Alignment with the CSO team:
• Collaborate closely with the customer support team to resolve agent issues promptly.
• Monitor weekly sales to identify Agents due for commission, and confirm amounts with the CSO team and the Operation Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
A. Academic and Professional Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
B. Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
