Job Description.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Tourism Manager to join our team. As a Regional Tourism Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing tourism initiatives to drive visitor traffic, enhance the local economy, and promote our region as a premier travel destination.

Key Responsibilities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive regional tourism strategies to increase visitor arrivals and tourism-related revenue.
• Collaborate with local and international businesses, government agencies, and community partners to create and promote tourism packages and experiences.
• Manage and lead a team of tourism professionals, ensuring they are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging travel trends and opportunities for growth.
• Monitors and analyze tourism metrics and data to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotels, restaurants, attractions, and travel agencies.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning for tourism initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management.
• Proven experience in tourism management, with a minimum of 8 to 10 in a leadership role
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the international market.
• Passion for promoting and showcasing the region’s attractions and culture.
• Strong knowledge of the regional tourism industry and trends.
• Proficiency in data analysis and budget management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
