JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this job is to ensure that the bank grows in women bankable opportunities at both individual and institution level in business through activities focusing on Women and support the growth on the liabilities/ cheap deposits.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• On boarding of SACCOs, investment clubs, associations and other women led institutions.
• Work with existing Partners to support on the activities of Women activities.
• On board new partners in women activities so that the bank can use such partners to meet its growth aspirations.
• To support on strategic activities to grow the women preposition and activities geared to liabilities mobilization.
• Support the branch network on activities involving women activities and deposit mobilization.
• Support on the value chain activities across the business segments aimed at deposit growth and growth of women preposition.
• Ensure excellent customer service, management of TAT, and offer timely resolutions to the customer issues.
• Represent the bank in activities that are related to women activities and market its preposition to both external and internal customers.
• Any other official duties that may be allocated by the Line Manager

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Grow the account base under the women preposition.
• Constantly find avenues of liabilities growth
• Engagements with business teams including branches to grow the women preposition.
• Look out to NTB opportunities for Women activities and liabilities.
• Risk Management by adhering to bank policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
• A university degree in relevant business discipline, any professional Qualification in general Banking is an added advantage.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Business Banking and Relationship Management
• Strong people management skills and thorough knowledge of banking products and services, including wider understanding of the general consumer banking universe.
• Strong communications, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
