3. The Bidding document(s) in English may be collected by interested bidders upon submission of a written application letter to the Manager PDU at the address in (2) above.

4. Bidders are advised to collect Bank Payment Registration Slips at the address in (2) above and make payment of a non-refundable fee stated above to any of the 21 banks authorized to receive Non-Tax Revenue fees on behalf of URA.

Note: For No. 1; Bidders who previously paid and participated in the tender process do not need to pay again however, they must submit a letter expressing interest to participate in the re-tender process and proof of payment for the previous tender.
