CNOOC invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible bidders to provide hotel and hospitality services for its staff.

Minimum requirements to participate in the Call for Tender:

Registration on the National Supplier Database (NSD) by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda for service providers in the Oil & Gas sector;

The total number of accommodation units (Apartments) are approximately 80-units (2 or 3-bedroom) apartments. Each accommodation complex (The complex), should at least contain 20 (Twenty) units with all rooms self- contained and ample parking space.

 CNOOC reserves the right to choose the accommodation complex based on their comprehensive selection criteria. During tenancy, the Company has the right to determine the number according to the actual needs.

The Complex should be within the proximity of CNOOC Kampala Office, and should be required as below:

Interested parties may send their EOI to the following emails: sh_procure@cnoocuganda.com; procurement. cnoocuganda@gmail.com, requesting for Pre-Qualification (PQ) documents captioned with the tender reference "EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION OF HOTEL AND HOSPITALITY SERVICES-APARTMENTS (CFT REF: RFP-CUL-LD-00562)" in the subject of the email.

Fully completed PQ documents shall be submitted on or before 1600hrs/4pm (EAT/GMT+3) of April 4, 2023 (Closing Date & Time).

Request for Proposals will be issued to those who have successfully passed the Pre-qualification stage.

LATE SUBMISSIONS SHALL BE REJECTED
