REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR: SUPPLY and Integration OF CCTV Junction Boxes REF.: 1091-EOI-SNEF- UG-TEL-Supply and Integration of Junction boxes for CCTV Systems
The EITS Contractor (Electrical Instrumentation and Telecommunications Systems) part of the EACOP project, invites experienced and reputable organizations to express their interest in the provision of
SCOPE OF WORK
Supply and integration of 74 nos, CCTV Junction boxes (Model: Schneider Thalassa - Enclosure Polyester 847x436x250-IP66 Ral 7036 NSYPLM64G) including for each:
• Breakers Terminal Blocks
• AC/DC Transformer
• Fiber Optical Splice Cassette
• Din Rails+ Cable Channels
• Industrial switch 10 ports, brand: TRENDnet
The scope will include supply of the above elements. Integration (above items) as per the provided wiring diagram, packaging, provision of datasheets/Certificates, and delivery FCA.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Adequate Financial Capacity to undertake the eventual contract
• Possession of appropriate registration and licenses as required under Ugandan Law
• Proof of registration with the Ugandan Revenue Authority and TCC for the latest year available
• Proof of registration in the National Supplier Database for service providers in the Oil and Gas sector
• Compliance with the petroleum Midstream National Content Regulations, 2016.
• Proven track record of experience in providing similar services in the last (5) years.
• Relevant ISO & Industry Certification (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 27001)
• A commitment to and evidence that they have experience in developing national content value
• Quality assurance & Quality Control plan/procedures in place for the execution of similar type of work.
• Provide financial statements for the past 3 financial years
Interested Companies that meet the minimum requirements and have the capability to provide the goods and services listed above, should express their interest by sending together with the above listed documents an email to eacop.supplier@ekium.eu (not exceeding 20mbs). With the Reference above as the Subject of the Email.
All documents must be submitted in English language with the reference number as the subject by: 31st October 2024, 5:00pm. East African Time (EAT).
Companies satisfactorily meeting the minimum requirements will receive, subject to the signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a detailed pre-qualification questionnaire for further evaluation by CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR reserves the right not to consider companies that submit an incomplete dossier!
Note: Only pre-qualified companies will receive an invitation to submit their bid in furtherance of the Call for Tender Process.
