REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF VEHICLES MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES

China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter abbreviated as CPP) as Pipeline, feeder line & Above Ground Installation Contractor for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Project invites experienced and reputable Contractors to express their interest in providing VEHICLES MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES to the EACOP Project.

The EACOP Project involves the construction and operation of an underground and cross-border pipeline to transport crude oil for export to international markets. The pipeline will run from Kabaale, Hoima District in Uganda to the Chongoleani peninsula near Tanga in Tanzania. The length of the pipeline is 1,443 km, of which 296 km will be in Uganda.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES

The scope of services will include:

• Services of Maintenance and Repair for vehicles such as SUV, Pick-up, Crane, Truck (water, fuel, and flatbed), Tractor, Trailer, Minivan.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Companies expressing their interest are required to submit documentation of the following:

1. A covering letter expressing interest on the company’s letterhead.
2. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation or Business License.
3. Proof of registration with the Uganda Tax Revenue Authority.
4. Proof of registration with the National Supplier Database maintained by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda.
5. Compliance with the Upstream Midstream National Content Regulation, Statutory Instrument No. 44 of 2016 for Uganda.
6. Proof of registration with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) Annual Returns and latest tax clearance.
7. Fully filled Key personnel list with CV and Equipment list of production and inspection (in required format, blank is available and to be requested via email).
8. List of tools and machines for inspection and maintenance.
9. Copy of certification for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or equivalent, if any.
10. Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest year available.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Companies that have the ability, capacity, and resources to implement these activities listed above should express their interest in writing together with the above-stated documents in one section through an email to suppliersdata@cpp.cn.com. Email size: 20MB. The subject of the email should be the "EOI reference number" and sent before 26th February 2025 East African Time (EAT), on or before 4:00 PM EAT.
