Background Information:

Joint Medical Store (JMS) is a church-founded private, not-for-profit organization, registered under the Trustees Incorporation Act (Cap 165), and licensed by the National Drug Authority. It is engaged in the import, export, wholesale, and distribution of medicines and health supplies.

JMS intends to dispose of motor vehicles and invites companies, firms, or individuals to submit sealed bids. All vehicles are sold "as is, where is" with no further liability or warranty from JMS.

1. Purchase of Bidding Document:

   • Interested bidders may purchase the bidding document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 per lot.
   • Payment should be made to:

     Proof of payment must be attached to the bidding documents.

2. Viewing of Vehicles:

   • Vehicles can be viewed at JMS Prof. AM Odonga Store, Old Ggaba Road parking yard.
   • Viewing hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

3. Submission of Bids:

   • Sealed bids must be hand-delivered to the JMS reception at:
     1828 Gogonya Road Nsambya, Kampala.
   • Deadline: Bids must be submitted by 4th February 2025, at 5:00 PM.
