JOB DETAILS:
Research Laboratory Technologist
Job Summary:
Position holder will implement the East Africa Point of Care study Protocol including sample, results, stock management and communication. S/he will have a supporting role for the other research studies such as maintaining a database of stored samples and reviewing study laboratory source documents generated in the different laboratory sections.
Qualifications
Education and Aptitude:
• Minimum of a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
• Registration with allied health professional council
• Posession of a valid Annual practicing licence.
• Training or experience in ISO 15189, GCLP implementation.
Job related experience and knowledge:
• 3 years’ experience in carrying out research laboratory work
• Experience in handling research related samples and documentation
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
