Roles, Duties and Behavioural competencies
• Actively promotes health, safety, security and housekeeping standards.
• Actively promotes oil product range and added value products and services.
• Motivates forecourt sales and sell oil product ranges
• Trains and advises Customer Champions, Mechanic Specialist, Oil Specialist and customers on suitable lubricant products
• Motivates the Site staff to do the “under bonnet” service.
• Ensures marketing activities/programmes are successfully implemented.
• Train and advises on the standard procedure in performing oil changes that keeps customers’ cars clean; ensures lubrication bay area and clean in accordance with HSSE standards.
• Ensures stock is displayed correctly on the Merchandizing Display Units (MDUs); stock records are up to date and replenishments are communicated accordingly.
• Good communication skills
• Tenacity: ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks

• Self-motivation, high energy levels and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Run any current programs and initiatives to support the retail lubricants business
