Job Overview
The Retail Territory Manager will be responsible for managing retail stations, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving sales and profitability targets. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of retail stations within the assigned territory.
• Drive sales performance and achieve set targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with station operators and other stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide training and support to retail station staff.

Qualifications and Skills Required
• Educational Requirements:
o A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
o Prior experience in the energy industry will be an added advantage.
• Key Skills:
o Strong communication, management, and analytical skills.
o Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
o Willingness and ability to work in any region across Uganda.
