JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
The persons in the role will support the Mobile Money and Revenue Assurance Analysts to balance the operational overload.

Activities Activities (Detailed KPIs)
RAFM Compliance
• Perform controls to mitigate revenue leakage and fraud loss
• within the different revenue streams
• Maintain high levels of compliance above 98%
• Report on all revenue loss incidents to management

New technology/Product Assurance
• Perform New Technology Roll-out Pre and Post Go-live UATs
• Perform New Product Pre and Post Go-live UATs
• Channel operations efficiency by ensuring timely issue resolution & mitigation.
• Revenue Leakage Prevention
• Close loop with CFT for fast closure of exceptions
• Detect and plug revenue leakages
• 3PP Invoice Validation
• Provide value adding recommendations to enhance systems, processes, products & procedures to reduce incidences of revenue leakage

Reporting
• Automation of key controls and routine activities
• Provide weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner as required by business and Group RAFM

Person Specification
Education, Training, Skills & Experience
Educational Level Must have
• A Bachelor's degree preferably with a major in IT, Computer/Data Science or other related course

Working Experience Must have
• At least 1+ years in Telecommunication or Banking or other Data Management jobs.
• Skills and Competencies critical to the role
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with all levels of management in a professional capacity
