COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• In charge of implementing the whole construction management of rotating equipment.
• Must provide rotating equipment technical support to other departments.
• Must provide site service for rotating equipment, technical codes and specifications management, searching and consulting.
• Must coordinate and solve site construction and technical problems.
• Must review procedures of construction, QAQC, HSE within discipline
• Must supervise inspection and distribution of new arrived material
• Must manage site material requisition, prepare MPR, review vendor technical document.
• Must supervise rotating equipment installation, testing, commissioning and inspection works.
• Should ensure all construction works fully to meet requirements of schedule, QAQC, HSE.
• Must implement line duty, location management, felt leadership and relative HSE works.
• Should participate in HSSE campaign, training and emergency drill.

Requirements
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Equipment, Mechanics or any other related major.
• At least 5 years rotating equipment construction experience in petroleum, chemical or oil field surface engineering

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
