JOB DETAILS:
SON Fish Farm Ltd is an established commercial tilapia fish farm, incorporated in Uganda in 2005, as a Limited company, the pioneer cage fish farming on Lake Victoria, started fish farm business operations in 2006. SON Fish Farm has its own hatchery for tilapia seed production, using earthen ponds, the grow out is done exclusively in cages, located at Napoleon Gulf on Lake Victoria, sales and distributes whole round fresh Tilapia fish in Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda, as Lake Harvest brand. Currently SON is producing about 130 metric tons of whole round fresh tilapia fish per month in its farm located in Bugungu Prison, Njeru Municipality, Buikwe District and forecast annual production of 2100 metric tons in 2020 and target annual production of 8000 metric tons by 2024. SON employs close to 100 staff directly and over 1000 people indirectly through fish trading and supply of farm inputs, across East Africa. .
Job Responsibilities:
• Sales
• Sales analysis
• Banking sales proceeds
• Administrative role i.e. clients and colleagues always give feedback from clients.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies
• Reports generation on periodic basis
• Public relations role for the Company
• Attract new clients and maintain customer data base
• Conduct market surveys
• Contribute in overall sales planning

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Diploma in Accounting, sales and Marketing
• Computer literacy with good skills in Excel and word
• Report writing skill and ability
• Excellent customer care and communication skills
• Two years’ work experience in related field with deeper understanding and self-driven.
• Data entry and analytical skills
• Integrity and honesty
• Able to work under minimum supervision
