Overview:
Huazhou, a leading manufacturer of aggregate stones, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales manager to join the team. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in sales within the quarrying or construction materials industry and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. The role involves market development, sales execution, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Development and Sales:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Expand the market share for products through strategic customer acquisition and retention.
Promote and sell aggregate stone products to meet diverse customer needs.
Sales Execution and Targets:
Execute and achieve the company’s monthly sales plan, targeting the sale of 500 cars (25 cubic meters per car) of aggregate stones.
Monitor the transportation of products to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Resolve customer issues effectively, including after-sales concerns.
Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Actively gather and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
Build and maintain customer information network for market insights.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular updates and feedback to management regarding market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the quarry, construction materials, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.
• Strong network of customer resources within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
