JOB DETAILS:
Job brief:
The Company is seeking for a high-performing Sales Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales at a management level in a related field to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer
• base and ensure its strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Job Duties:
• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies;
• analysing trends and results.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintain national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintain national sales staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees;
• planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
• participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Developing Budgets and Staffing with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any related field
