DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Marketing

• To plan and implement an aggressive sales & marketing strategy to promote our solutionsl services and facilitate the penetration and expansion of the existing customer base and achievement of target sales and profit margins in accordance with the approved Company Budget
  
• To travel and work in potential markets of Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, UAE, Mauritius and Ghana.
  
• To prepare sales Quotations and tender applications in accordance with laid down procedures and guidelines
  
• To maintain excellent public relations and after sales in all Company sales activities.
  
• To collect payments from respective clients in accordance with the Financial Manual.
  
• To prepare monthly sales forecasts and Performance reports with recommendations to Management.
  
• To execute Sales Contracts with Clients on behalf of the Company
  
• Secure Orders and follow-up Order delivery

Requirements:

• Good university degree in Marketing / Business Administration
  
• Formal Training in Sales & Marketing will be a bonus
  
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position within a large private sector company, international organization or consulting firm.
  
• Excellent computer skills; familiarity with MS Offlce packages especially Excel , Power Point & MS Word
  
• Social Media Marketing Skills will be a bonus.
  
• Spoken Swahili or French will be a Bonus
  
• Proposal writing, prompt and effective communication are ideal.
  
• Flexibility and adaptability to FMS AFRICA corporate culture
  
• Valid Passport & Driver License a Bonus
  
• Having worked before in any of the above mentioned Countries will be a PLUS
