Job Summary
Drive the promotion and sales of TASC’s comprehensive range of skill development offerings, encompassing technical courses, soft skills training, and e-courses. Engage directly with individual learners seeking expertise in Welding, Electrical, Plumbing, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and the enhancement of soft skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Promote and sell technical courses, soft skills training, and e-courses to individual customers and Business within Welding, Electrical, Plumbing, and HSE disciplines.
• Leverage your proven B2C sales experience to guide learners through course selection, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Identify potential clients in the target market, complete appropriate research on prospective clients needs and devise means of building a business relationship that leads to business growth
• Manage the enrolment process from registration to payment for on-site, virtual, and online classes.
• Collaborate to meet monthly sales targets covering all course categories.
• Effectively communicate the unique value and benefits of technical, soft skills, and e-courses.
• Stay current with course offerings, industry trends, and evolving soft skills requirements.
• Analyse pipelines and leads and deliver timely reports.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Proven B2C sales 2 years’ experience, preferably in education, e-learning, or training.
• Excellent communication skills and tech-savviness.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent worker.
• I have a passion for education, online learning, skill development, and soft skills enhancement.
• Strong willingness to network and make networking a lifestyle.
