Duration: Temporary; December and January Festivities Sales Promotion – Honda Motorcycles
Salary: Fixed monthly salary of UGX 250,000 + Commission (Commission rates vary based on the product sold)

Responsibilities:
• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Honda Motorcycles.
• Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the various Honda bike models, their features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner, addressing inquiries and providing information to drive sales.
• Promotional Events: Participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand visibility and drive customer interest in Honda bikes.
• Documentation: Complete accurate and timely documentation of sales transactions, ensuring all necessary information is recorded.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and achieve collective sales goals.
• Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Generate sales reports and updates as required by the management team.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of Honda motorcycles or the automotive industry is an advantage.
