Description.
Easy Housing is looking for an experienced sales representative! We offer sustainable, social and scalable housing in Uganda and other African countries. Our circular, biobased homes are affordable, store CO2, and create local jobs.
To further develop the market potential in Uganda, we are expanding our team with a dedicated sales person that knows their way in the housing sector. We have a team and office in Kampala and plan on growing this team further in 2024.

Requirements.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in sales
• Experience in housing or real estate is a plus
• Affinity with sustainable and affordable housing
• Strong proactive and autonomous approach
• Feeling for how to close a deal
• Not afraid to call and mail new people and organisations
• Fluency in English, both written and verbally - Luganda is a plus!
• Based in Kampala and able to commute to our office in Bugolobi

Job Activities.
As sales representative in Uganda, you will be responsible for the following activities:
• Following up with clients from first contact till signed contract
• Keeping an overview of all (potential) clients and leads
• Leading sales meetings
• Making and sending out quotations
• Handling incoming messages on WhatsApp for Business
• Reaching out to relevant stakeholders
• Participating in exhibitions and conferences on behalf of Easy Housing

• Location office: Bugolobi, Kampala
• Office presence: Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5:30PM
• Contract: full-time 1 year contract, 3 months probationary period
• Start: as soon as possible
• Team size: about 17 team members
