Agro Dynamics Limited is a leading provider of high-quality agrochemicals, fertilizers, and agricultural inputs, dedicated to enhancing agricultural productivity and sustainability. We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join us in delivering innovative solutions to farmers and agricultural stakeholders in Kampala, Uganda.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively promote and sell a range of agrochemicals, fertilizers, and agricultural inputs to farmers, distributors, and retailers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Provide technical advice on product use, benefits, and proper application.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned territories.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and market needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• A diploma or degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Any business course or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales of agrochemicals, fertilizers, or other agricultural inputs (minimum of 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in local languages is an added advantage.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
