JOB DETAILS:
Summary:
The sales Representative will be responsible for carrying out selling activities in order to meet and exceed, consistently, the sales volume targets as discussed and agreed upon with management by working with distributors, wholesalers, agent and retailers.

Job Responsibilities;
• Carry out selling activities to achieve maximum numeric distribution of the client’s brands and the daily sales target, to make sure that the client relationships are well managed.
• Carry out Trade Marketing activities that the client will routinely come up with.
• Share with management feedback and other information that is crucial important regarding the client’s sector. The information shared herein will mainly be competitor’s activities that relates to pricing, new products/pack launches in the market, promotional drives that may impact volumes, key trends in the sector among others.
• Visit a minimum of 25 customers daily to generate orders and carry out other selling activities aimed at achieving set targets. Daily call report to be submitted.
• Monitor, enforce, report on RRP Compliance
• Ensure territory is fully covered by distributors and agents.
• Work with distributor to influence order placement and ensure adequate stock of the client ranges are available at the depot and in trade
• Receive, document, investigate, resolve and report on customer complaints or problems, recommend solutions in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Achieve visibility and display of the client’s brands including placement of point of sales materials.
• Establish, develop and maintain good relationships with the trade in order to generate new business and retain existing customers.

Profession/ Education Background;
Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field, Psychology Studies and Advanced Diploma in Sales and Marketing. Possession of a professional post graduate marketing/ Sales Qualification such as CIM is an added advantage.
