JOB DETAILS:
About Us:
Wood Enterprise limited, a reputable furniture business established in 2015, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales supervisor to join our team. We take pride in our commitment to quality products and services, and we are looking for a Sales supervisor who can uphold our standards while nurturing existing client relationships, expanding our client portfolio, and managing the tendering process.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service.
• Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
Sales Growth:
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.

Tender Process Management:
• Oversee the entire tendering process, from identifying tender opportunities to preparing and submitting bids.
• Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary information and create compelling tender submissions.

Supervision:
• Supervise the Office Management Attendant to ensure smooth daily operations and effective administrative support.

Mandatory Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any Business course
• Proven 2 years’ experience in sales, with a track record of maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets in either estate management or furniture business.

Competencies:
• Very good interpersonal skills
• In-depth understanding of the tendering process, including experience in preparing and submitting bids.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education:
Bachelor Degree
