JOB DETAILS:
Sales and Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Leading sales efforts and closing deals for real estate properties.
• Overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth.
• Managing sales teams and providing training and support.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
• Developing and implementing sales incentive programs.
• Analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent qualifications (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• 15 years of work experience in sales and finance, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance.
