• Self driven and resulted oriented manager,
• Good at proposal writing and at generating business ideas,
• Energetic and willing to travel upcountry almost on a daily basis,
• Good at proactive selling and able to push for business,
• Must be willing to report, document and file all business follow ups and initiatives on time,
• Good interpersonal skills and at customer retention,
• Must be willing to share with the MD on a weekly basis the business ideas and proposals to be implemented the following week
