Qualification:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• Age Range: Not more than 50 Open

Key Result Areas:
• Developing plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
• Managing detailed reporting of sales metrica and KPla
• Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
• Driving the sales team towards high performance
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
• Defining optimal sales force structure
• Preparing Budgeta Identifying Sales Opportunities.
