Job details:
On behalf of our client we seek in recruit recently graduated, highly motivated, and energetic young professionals as Seed Inspector Trainees. Potential applicants should be holders of a Degree in Agriculture.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Through professional diagnostics, assess the quality of seed that from client seed fields.
• Verification of Stakeholders: Ensure that clients that seek to be verified meet the minimum standards required
• Regular reporting: Provides a report an key field activities regularly to the supervisor.
• Communication and relationship building: maintain key relationships and communicate responsibly with all parties
• Data collection and dissemination via an app, verbally and via paper
•  Any other duties that might he assigned to you time to time by the supervisor

Requirements:

• BSO Agriculture, Horticulture
• You will be trained in seed inspection
• Fluent in English and at least 2 local languages.
•  Computer skills -Ms Office, SPSS.
•  Self-motivated, willing to team and has good work ethic
• Proven ability to communicate with all stakeholders cross functionally – verbal and written,
• Team player.
•  Ability to ride a motorcycle,
•  Customer focused. Puts the needs of the customer above own needs and pursues for solutions up to the end.
