Job details:
Working with a team of other accountants, you will be involved in performing standard accounting duties which include reconciling bank balances, stock reconciliation, filing monthly returns among other duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Posting verified petty cash vouchers, payments and receipts in to Tally ERP and reconciling bank balances in the system daily.
• Daily and monthly stock reconciliation
• Viewing online statements and making daily cash balances.
• Monthly reconciliation of customers accounts
•  Debt collection management
• Approving credit sales
• Checking that all delivery notes for goods delivered are signed and that the signatures are genuine daily. This also involves getting confirmation from the customer that goods were received.
• Daily Cash Balancing
• Verifying and posting supplier invoices.
• Processing payment for suppliers (local) and service providers (Freights and utilities).
• Entering Goods Received Notes and Goods Transfer Notes are made for any goods received or transferred
• Preparing LPOs, Sales Orders, Tax invoices and Freight orders.
• Preparing costing entries for imported goods.
•  Salary. Preparing monthly salaries for employees
• Finalization of Accounts and other statutory compliance.
•  Right Management and Administration of Accounting Software.

You must hold as a minimum a degree in Finance and Accounting, Business management or a related course.
You must have at least 4 years of experience in a management financial position.
