Who are we looking for?
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, committed and highly talented individuals who will go beyond business as usual to deliver a different experience for our people, clients, communities, and member firms. The successful candidates will work in our Uganda office located on Plot 23, Lugogo bypass, 03rd Floor of Lugogo One.

Role Summary:
The successful candidate should efficiently be able to perform financial advisory engagements which include business valuations and modeling, mergers and acquisitions, financial projections, restructuring services, feasibilities, due diligence, economic advisory etc. The responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, reviewing accounting records, researching comparable companies, and developing financial models.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance Management, Commerce, or related field. Masters / MBA will be an added advantage
• CPA/ACCA/CFA completed level 3 examination.
• Possess knowledge of international valuation standards and tax laws.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience on the above services.
• Knowledge of developing business plans and ability to use sophisticated tools for financial modelling.
