We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, committed and highly talented individuals for the roles of Assistant Manager - IT Support Services and Senior HR Consulting Associate for our Uganda office.

Overall role
The successful candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive HR Solutions Services as well as participate in driving business development strategy within our Human Resource Solutions Department.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Provide expert HR advisory to clients, offering insights on best practices on a wide range of HR solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of client assignments, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Educate clients about potential risks, benefits, and consequences of different tax approaches.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas for HR solutions.
• Provide insights to guide business development strategies.

The ideal candidate should have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in HR Consulting.
• In-depth understanding of various HR functional areas and a track record of successfully delivering HR solutions to diverse clients.
