Senior Associate - Public Sector Consulting

Overall Role
The successful candidate will support the Manager and Director in exacution of client engagements as and when assigned in accordance with established procedures and quality management principles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct research and review associates work on the various sections as assigned;
• Participate in proposal/prequalification/Tenders consolidation and development and taking complete ownership of the process;
• Draft reports and presentations, ensuring they are aligned to the scope and findings of the study/research;
• Make presentations during client meetings;
• Participate in departmental activities through proper project management/ field work and shadowing the manager in global departmental calls;
• Mentor and coach associates to improve efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
• BA/BS/BSc (or equivalent) in a relevant field;
• Pursuing professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIFA)
• Report Writing Skills
• Research, Communication, and Presentation Skills.
• Proven Track record within Public Sector Consulting
