Eskom Uganda Ltd (EUL) is one of the leading electricity generation companies in Uganda. The company was incorporated on 22nd November 2002 and commenced operations on 1st April 2003. Eskom Uganda Limited (EUL) is a subsidiary company of Eskom Enterprises (Proprietary) Limited - South Africa, the investment arm of Eskom Holdings Ltd; the leading electricity generation company in Africa. Eskom Uganda Limited Operates and maintains the Nalubaale and Kiira power stations in Jinja under a 20 years concession. The power plants are owned by Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited. We provide reliable and sustainable hydropower for national development.
Position: SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
Position/Task Grade: C5 reports to the Section Head Civil
Area of specialization: To support the production process of EUL by improving plant availability, plant health and increasing asset life through application of good leadership and electrical engineering practices aimed at meeting the overall EUL business strategy. Department: Engineering

Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Compulsory Professional registration reputable body: Registered Engineer with Uganda Engineers Registration Board.
