Job Overview
The Senior Lecturer will contribute to both teaching and research, taking a leadership role in curriculum development and mentoring junior faculty members. The position requires significant expertise in Accounting and Finance, coupled with a strong publication record.

Key Responsibilities
• Teach advanced undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Accounting and Finance.
• Lead the development of course curricula and ensure alignment with global best practices.
• Conduct and publish high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals.
• Mentor and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects.
• Contribute to the university’s strategic goals through academic leadership and innovation.

Qualifications
• A PhD in Accounting and Finance.
• A Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
• At least 4 years of teaching experience at a higher education institution.
• A proven track record of 3 publications in internationally recognized journals.
• Practical experience in accounting, finance, or business management is an added advantage.
